Not Emeritus, but Expired

Allow me to declare this blog EXPIRED! Nope... the days of Emeritus are over. From now onwards... the blog posts will be even RARER (is there such a word?) than they have already been this year. Under Emeritus, this blog churned out a grand total of 4 posts in about as many months. Now that it has expired... expect close to zero.

I finally received a call today asking me down to sign some employment papers tomorrow... the given starting date is coming monday... i hope to push it back a week as there are still things i need to settle (namely the SMU yearbook and video) but if i'm not successful... then it's goodbye world from Monday onwards.

From my understanding... the place that I'll be going to will be very tough and I'll probably be doing many 18 hours days... possibly if I'm lucky... Apparently 12 hours days at my new work place are a rare luxury. As such, blogging will be nigh impossible.

I do look forward to it though. It will be an interesting challenge and it will definitely pose many many new learning opportunities for me.

And at the very least... I will be nicely compensated. Thank god for that!

update: i was able to push the start date 1 week. phew :) but still... ta ta world :D
